I had to add this because I am a Mortgage Broker. I am always asked how to fix or improve your credit score. The most important thing when it comes to purchase or refinancing a home, is your credit score. The higher your score the better the rate that you qualify for.
Not to say if you have bruised credit that you cant get a loan. You can get a loan. The rates may be ugly but it is what it is!
