Corn on the cob

Hey All:

It’s the middle of the summer, and fresh corn on the cob is plentiful. Here is my fast and easy way to take at advantage of this summertime treat:

Remove the husk and the silk from the corn, and place on a sheet of aluminum foil.

Season the corn with season salt, butter, and Tabasco to taste.
Bring the wide ends to the middle, fold over until there is no more foil, and twist the ends as tightly as you can.

Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes, or place it on your BBQ grill but not on direct heat.

With this method you are actually steaming the corn in the foil which is the best way to cook corn—no big pots of water to boil which removes flavor and vitamins.

Good luck with your corn.
